Tracy Watson – Mezzo-Soprano and Vocal Educator

 Tracy Watson is a distinguished mezzo-soprano and vocal educator. She began her career in Chicago as a member of the Lyric Opera Center for American Artists after earning her Master of Music degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College. Her operatic roles have taken her to Germany, where she was engaged to sing the role of Dorabella in Mozart's Così fan tutte by the Stadttische Bühnen Dortmund. She has also performed with Chicago Opera Theater, Whitewater Opera, Madison Opera, Hawaii Opera Theater, and Portland Opera, among others. In addition to her performance career, she has served on the faculty at institutions such as Loyola University, The Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, and Northwestern University.
